Remembers the last selected document when you reopen a vault. Note The active view is not saved between vaults, so the document will be opened in the default view, if possible. |

Remembers the last selected document when you change Navigation views. |

Click to set options for the installed Meridian scanner driver. The available options depend on the scanner hardware and the scanner driver installed. |

I prefer online help |
Shows online webhelp content in a web browser when you press F1 from within any Meridian client application. |

I prefer local help |
Shows local help content when you press F1 from within any Meridian client application. |
Tip Most Meridian users prefer to enable both options in the Startup group.
